The S.C. Sea Grant Consortium facilitates a number of internships for undergraduate students to further their education in areas such as marine science, marine policy, and fisheries management.

Community Engaged Internships are designed to provide opportunities for undergraduate students from marginalized and underserved communities to conduct summer community-based projects that focus on community environmental and resilience needs.

The Margaret A. Davidson Resilience Scholars program is designed to provide opportunities for undergraduate students from marginalized and underserved communities to contribute novel and innovative ideas and solutions to becoming a more resilient society.
Minorities in Aquaculture Internship Program
The Minorities in Aquaculture Internship program provides a hands-on career development opportunity in shellfish aquaculture for a woman of color enrolled in an accredited two- or four-year college or university in South Carolina.
