Ocean Sciences Education Leadership Institute
Institute teachers came to the UGA Marine Extension facility, MECA, and built real remote operated vehicles (ROV), based on the MIT Sea Perch model. These ROV’s flew in the Skidaway River carrying small cameras and thermometers! Researches shared how they use undersea technology in their investigations to find fish habitat and geological features. Blog is coming:
