HAB education and training
SEPMN:
The Southeast Phytoplankton Monitoring Network (SEPMN) is a unique program
that unites volunteers with scientists working on Harmful Algal Blooms
(HABs). The SEPMN is led by researchers from the NOAA/NOS Marine Biotoxin
Program at the Center for Coastal Environmental Health and Biomolecular
Research.
